Homework Policy
Homework assignments are given and checked on a daily basis. Each homework will be scored on a scale of zero to two as follows:
2 = complete and all work shown
1 = partially complete; all work not shown
0 = unprepared/not done; obviously copied

All students are expected to complete every assignment, as a lack of work will greatly effect test grades and quarterly averages.

Test Policy
Tests will be given at the end of each unit and will consist of questions similar to those discussed in class. Announcements of test dates are generally given a week in advance. It is the responsibility of the student to obtain any notes and assignments missed due to absence. If a student misses a test due to illness, it must be made up the day of the student's return. Students who are absent for an extended time must see me to arrange a make-up date.

Quiz Policy
Quizzes will be given in each chapter and will consist of questions similar to those discussed during class. Announcements of quiz dates will be given at least 2 days prior to the assessment. It is the responsibility of the student to obtain any notes and assignments missed due to absence. If a student misses a quiz due to illness, it must be made up the day of the student's return. In the case of an extended illness, arrangements must be made with the teacher to make-up the quiz.
